Mechanical Equipment

The mechanical screw feeder, or pneumatic escalator, operates quietly and vibration-free. Screws/nuts are transported upward from their hopper via lifting plates.

Electromagnetic Equipment

The electromagnetic feeder or vibrator drives the screws/nuts forward. It consists of the elastic union of an active mass and a reactive mass, and has a frequency that responds oscillatory to the action of a frequency equal to the excitation provided by the magnetic field of an electromagnet.
